BTCC Season 2025 – sNETTERTON 300 – free practice 2
Good afternoon all and welcome back to Snetterton in Norfolk for the 2nd Free Practice session. The rain is staying away, and despite the warm and damp conditions, the track seemed mostly dry, having been cleared by the Porsche’s and Mini Challenge cars.
We started off with a number of short runs and the early pace in the session was promising. However, as we tried some adjustments, the car seemed to misbehave a little and so their was some head scratching going on in the garage.
Despite a number of further adjustments, the car didn’t seem to hook up, something we will have to resolve before qualifying as with the short qualifying sessions and the long circuit here at Snetterton, it looks like the cars will only have time for 1 or 2 quick laps to progress!
At the end of the session we were very much middle of the pack on times – not something we are necessarily used to – and not something we really want. So it’s on to Qualifying at 3.10 which should finish just after 4.00 and we will bring you that as soon as we can.
