BTCC Season 2025 – Donington Park GP – RACE 1
Welcome back to Donington Park for Sunday’s 3 races in the Kwik Fit British Touring Car Championship. The heavy overnight rain had cleared by 6.00 am and there was intermittent sunshine and a strong breeze to help dry the track.
Charles, starting in 15th, was up to 14th by the end of the first lap. On lap 2 he was able to get 13th, but a slightly sticking front brake made life difficult for him and he was unable to make further progress, finishing 13th.
Aiden starting 16th, was up to 15th on lap 1, before climbing to 14th on lap 3. He was then overtaken by Dan Lloyd and had to settle for 15th at the end with what the team termed a challenging session for the car.
The team are now busy working on the cars ahead of Race 2 and we will bring you all of the action in about an hour!
